Ingredients
1 cup burghul
3 Tbs. oil
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 sweet potato - peeled and cubed
1 carrot - cubed
150 grams pumpkin - cubed
1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts - crushed
2 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup raisins/craisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon/baharat
salt
100 grams spinach
Preparation
Soak burghul 1 hr., drain Brown onion and garlic Add veggies and stir-fry 8 minutes Add hazelnuts, seeds, raisins, salt and spices. Stir-fry 3 minutes. Add burghul and spinach, cook 3 minutes
