Ingredients
1 lb. butter
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 egg yolks
4 1/4 c flour
2 beaten egg whites
2 c nuts
2 c white sugar
2 - 3 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Combine 1st 4 ingredients (butter, brwn sugar, egg yolks, flour)
Mix into balls
Roll in egg whites, nuts, white sugar and cinnamon
Place dent in middle of cookies, add red current jelly in dent
bake @ 350 for 15 minutes
