Ingredients

1/2 cup raisins

1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup lightly-packed brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup corn syrup

1 beaten egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

few drop lemon juice

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Pour boiling water over raisins until the edges turn white and then drain

Cream butter & sugar Add salt /corn syrup /egg /vanilla and lemon juice Spoon mixture into uncooked shells to 2/3 full Do not let boil over Cook for 20 to 25 minutes
