Ingredients
2 packages Frozen Butternut Squash, defrosted
1 stick Margarine, melted
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
½ cup Coffee Rich
3 Eggs
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Maple Extract
Preparation
Combine melted Margarine and Flour. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 x 9 inch greased pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
