Ingredients
Salad
½ head Red Cabbage - shredded
½ head Green Cabbage - shredded
1 bunch Scallions - sliced
Thin Chow Mein Noodles
¾ cup Slivered Almonds - toasted
½ cup Sunflower Seeds - toasted
3 T Sesame Seeds - toasted
Dressing
6 T Balsamic Vinegar
½ cup Oil
¼ cup Sugar
½ t Salt
½ t Pepper
Preparation
Combine dressing ingredients and shake well.
Combine salad ingredients and toss with dressing just before serving.
