Ingredients
2 c finely shredded cabbage
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/2 c sour cream
1 T fresh lime juice
1 small tomato, diced
2 springs cilantro, leaves and stems removed,
finely chopped
1/2 smal; jalapeno pepper, stem and seeds
removed, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 t salt
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
