Ingredients

.25 t salt

1 t pepper

1 - 3 garlic, minced

1 t anchovy paste

1 T Dijon mustard

3 T Mayonnaise

Juice of half a lemon

1 t Worcestershire

1/3 C olive oil

1 t red wine vinegar

Preparation

Mash the garlic with the salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Serve over romaine or grilled romaine hearts.
