1 Romaine lettuce
1/4 tin anchovies chopped fine
chopped green onions
1-2 garlic cloves
1 egg beaten
1/3-1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 juice of lemon
1/2 tsp hot mustard seed
dashes worcestershire sauce and tobasco
season with salt and pepper to taste
