Ingredients
1 lb pecan halves
1 egg white
1 T water
1 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 275. Grease deep cookie sheet
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add sugar, cinnamon, salt and mix well Add pecans and coat. Stack pecans in mound on center of baking sheet and bake for 15 min. Separate pecans and spread out in pan. bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
