Ingredients
10 med. cooked sweet potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 C light corn syrup
1/2 C melted butter
1/2 C chpd pecans
10 large marshmallows
Preparation
Peel potatoes. Slice and arrange on greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with salt and pour syrup over top. Sprinkle pecans. Bake 350 degrees for 35 min. Add marshmallows on top and bake another 10 min until light brown
