Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes

I stick butter

molasses

1 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes In a large skillet, melt butter and then add the potatoes, Saute potatoes in butter for about 15 minutes. Add brown sugar and molasses. Cook over medium heat. Cook until potatoes are beginning to soften. Cool to room temperature. When ready to serve microwave for a few minutes. *This can be made the day before and it’s perfect.
