Ingredients

{2} 8oz packages of cream cheese, chilled

1 cup of caramel ice cream topping (I used hersheys in a jar), chilled

1 graham cracker pie crust, crushed.

Preparation

In a medium bowl, use a mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Stir in the caramel.

Put in serving dish

Take pie crust and crush it with a rolling pin or hands until no big pieces remain and pour into separate bowl.

Slice apples.
