1 sm apple, sliced

2 T brn sugar

1 tsp ginger root, grated

1/4 t salt

1/4 t grnd alspice

1/8 t cinnamon

3/4 lb pork tenderloin cut 1/2 slices

Preparation

make 4 parchment packets

mix apple, potato & sugar put in parchment

make pork 1/4 in thick mix apple juice with spices coat meat

place on top of potatoes sprinkle with scallons close parchment

cook 18 min @ 400
