Carmel Corn Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cup brown sugar

1 1/2 Cup white sugar

1/4 tsp cream of tartar

1 cup Karo

1/2lb butter (2 sticks)

1/2 tsp soda

Cook all ingredients together except butter and soda, in a heavy pan to a soft ball stage.

Add butter and soda and mix well. Pour over popcorn

Popcorn can be in a brown grocery bag. Pour syrup over popcorn, stir, close bag and work syrup through popcorn by moving bag up, down and around.

Pour carmel popcorn cut into a large container to serve.
