Ingredients

1 tb. vegetable oil

2 tb. ginger, minced

juice from 2 limes

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 tb. soy sauce

1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp cayenne

1/4 c. coriander, finely chopped

2 lbs. shrimp

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and then add shrimp, marinate for 2 hours.
