Ingredients
CAKE:
2 c. flour
1 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1 1/2 t baking soda
1 1/2 c. veg. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. carrots, shredded
4 eggs, lightly beaten
Small can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts, chopped
FROSTING:
1 stick unsalted butter, room temp/softened
3 oz cream cheese
1 box Confectioner’s Sugar
1 1/2 t Vanilla extract
1/8 t nutmeg
Preparation
CAKE:
- Blend all together in large bowl.
- Spray pam inside a large bundt cake pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 min.
FROSTING:
- Put all ingredients into large bowl.
- Stir and then whip.
- Frost cake! Enjoy!
