Ingredients
1/4 C minced shallots
1/4 C finely shredded carrot
2 T fresh lemon juice
2 T mirin
2 T rice vinegar
1 T soy sauce
2 tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
1 tsp. Asian sesame oil
Preparation
In a blender, puree all of the ingredients until smooth. Salad match Tatsoi or mizuna.
