Ingredients
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. rice vinegar
1 teas chile garlic sauce
2 teas. sesame oil
1 T. fresh minced ginger
3 c. snow peas (I substituted snap peas and blanched slightly prior to stir frying
3/4 c. quarter radishs
4 green onions sliced 1/2 inch thick
3 T. cashews, toasted (I sub. roasted peanuts)
Preparation
1.Combine first 3 ingred. in a small bowl 2.Heat oil, then add ginger for about 30 seconds 3. Add snow peas, radishes and onions. . stir fry until tender crisp 2-4 min. 4. Add sauce to coat. . .remove from heat and add nuts. Aprox. 90 calories per serving
