Ingredients
1 large head Cauliflower, cut into florets
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
3 T parmesan
salt and pepper
2 T butter
1/4 C sour cream
1/3 C bread crumbs
Preparation
Boil cauliflower in salted water until just tender. Remove with slotted spoon. Cook broccoli in same water for 5 min. and drain. Place cauliflower in 2 qt. baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan. Puree broccoli in blender with butter and sour cream. Season broccoli with salt and pepper and spoon over cauliflower. Top with bread crumbs (I use Ritz) and bake at 350 for 20 min.
