Ingredients
6 cups cauliflower florets
2 oz. Cream cheese
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
Cook cauliflower in salted, boiling water, covered, 15 mins. Drain, cool. Transfer to a food processor. Add other ingredients and process until smooth. Refrigerate up to 3 days. serve with fresh snipped oregano.
