Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets

3 chopped (plum) tomatoes

1/4 c olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 t turmeric

a pinch of cayenne

1/2 t salt

pepper to taste

lemon juice

cilantro, chopped

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix oil, garlic and spices Spread cauliflower and tomatoes over bottom of baking sheet/flat pan Toss vegetables in oil mixture Roast at 450 for 25 minutes Sprinkle with lemon juice and cilantro
