Ingredients
1/2 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
1 1/2 Cup Dried Blueberries
3/4 Cup Almond Meal
1 1/2 Cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
1 1/3 Cup Sliced Almonds
1/2 Cup Pecans
1/2 Cup Cashews
1/2 Cup Pistachios
1/2 Cup Walnuts
4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp scant cayenne pepper
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
1/3 Cup Raw Organic Honey
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
2 tsp Vanilla
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 300 Degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place in oven to heat while prepping ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients, mix well
- In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients
- Heat wet ingredients for easy mixing
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet. Combine well.
- Spread thinly onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes til golden
- Remove from oven stir well. Then respread packing mixture down and together.
- Place back in the oven for 5 - 8 minutes
- Remove, cool a few minutes then using a sheet of foil pack the mixture again. Cool completely.
- Break apart, store in air tight container.
