Ingredients

1 tsp garlic, chopped

kosher salt

1/4 c. parmesan cheese

1 T fresh lemon juice

1 T mayo

1 tsp anchovy paste

1 tsp dijon

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 t tobasco

1/4 c evoo

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mash garlic and salt together; place in bowl. Add parmesan, lemon juice, mayo, anchovy paste, dijon, worc sauce, and tobasco. Stir. Whisk in oil. Season with salt and pepper. chill.
