Ingredients
5 C water
1 tsp ea : cinnamon, cardamom, & ginger
1/2 tsp ea : ground peppercorns & cloves
4-5 bags of BLACK tea
1 C milk
Agave/honey/brown sugar to sweeten
Preparation
Boil 1st group of items then simmer 5 mins.
Remove pan from heat & add 4-5 bags BLACK tea & steep for 5 mins. ( More tea = stronger brew )
Return to heat & stir in milk; simmer 1 min.
Sweeten to taste.
