Ingredients
2/3 C heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp brandy
1 tsp grand marnier
1/4 C sugar
2 T sour cream
Preparation
Refrigerate a med. bowl and beaters until very cold. Combine cream, vanilla, brandy and grand marnier in the bowl and beat with electric mixer on med. speed 1 min. Add the sugar and sour cream and beat on med until soft peaks (about 3 min.) Do not overbeat Good on bread pudding
