Ingredients

For cheesecakes:

3 8-ounce containers of cream cheese

5 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 ½ teaspoons vanilla

For topping:

1 pint sour cream

¼ cup sugar

¼ teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Cream the cheese. Add eggs. Beat well. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well.

Bake in small liner and teacup pan at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until tip cracks. Take out of oven and put on rack and cool 5 minutes.

While cooling, mix topping ingredients. Once cakes are cool, spread topping on cakes. Put in oven to cook for 5 minutes, until they set.
