Ingredients

1 1/2 cups butter

24 ounces cheese-grated

3 cups flour

1/8 t. salt

Preparation

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Mix ingredients thoroughly with mixer. Roll into 1-inch diameter. Using 70 silver scoop (1/2 oz balls).. Use good quality firm cheese such as Tillamook Sharp Cheddar, jalapeno jack or combination. Bake at 450 for 9-11 min or until nicely browned and crispy on bottom.
