Ingredients
butter for greasing casserole dish
1 cup sugar
6 Tbs flour
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 20 oz cans Pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted
3 Tbs reserved pineapple juice
Preparation
- Preheat over to 350 F.
- Grease inside of a medium (9x13) casserole dish with butter.
- Mix sugar and flour in large bowl.
- Stir in cheese.
- Stir in pineapple chunks.
- Spread in casserole dish.
- In small bowl combine crushed crackers, melted butter, and pineapple juice.
- Spread cracker crumb mix over top of casserole dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
