Ingredients

1 jar Cookwell & Co red pepper and tomato soup

1 C chicken broth

8 oz velveeta cheese, cubed

1 can Green Giant SW corn or Mexicorn

2 HEB cheese and green chile tamales

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In 4 qt pot bring soup and broth to boil. Reduce heat to simmer and add cheese, stirring til melted. Stir in remaining ingredients, return to boil and season to taste.
