Ingredients

3 (8-ounces) fat free cream cheese

3/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 eggs

1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 (20-ounces) can lite cherry pie filling

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. In medium bowl mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blender; add eggs; mix until smooth. Lightly spray bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray; sprinkle pan bottom with crumbs.

  2. Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared pie plate.

  3. Bake for 45 minutes or until center is almost set cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with pie filling before serving.
