Ingredients

6 oz milk

2 eggs

2tsp vanilla

7tbs flour

pinch of salt

1 1/4 lb 550g canned black cherries

5 tbs icing sugar

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 f. Beat milk eggs and vanilla together. Gradually beat in 4 tbsp of icing sugar and flour, spoonful by spoonful. Add salt. Pour into greased baking dish 7 1/2" in diameter. Dry cherries with absorbent towel and add to pan spreading them evenly through batter. Bake 50-60 minutes until knife comes out clean. Sprinkle over the remaining sugar and serve warm. Scoop fresh whipped cream over each piece and garnish with fresh fruit.
