Ingredients
4 Cups Crushed Graham Crackers
1 Cup Butter (2 sticks), melted
16 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
4 Tablespoons Milk
1 1/2 Cups Chopped Pecans
2 Large Containers of Cool Whip
2 Cans (16 oz. each) Cherry Pie Filling (Comstock Brand)
Preparation
Pre-Heat oven to 325 Grease (Spray Oil is fine) 12x7 casserole pan In a bowl, combine Graham Crakers and Melted Butter Spread mixture evenly into 12x7 pan Bake for 5-10 minutes Cool In a bowl, mix together -Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar, & Milk Spread mixture on top of graham crust Sprinkle Pecans on top of spread mixture Add spoon fulls of Cool Whip and spread (Cool Whip should be about 1.5 - 2 inches deep) Spread Cherry Pie Filling on top of Cool Whip
