Ingredients

1/4 C green pepper

Onion to taste

1/4 C butter

1/4 C flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1 C chicken broth/bullion

1 C evaporated milk

1 C chicken

1 C peas

Preparation

Sauté green pepper and onion in butter, then add flour to make a paste. Add other ingredients and simmer until thickened.
