Ingredients

3 chicken breasts

White sauce:

1/2 cube butter

2 heaping tablespoons flour

Broth from chicken plus water to make 1 cup

1 pin cream

salt and pepper

Preparation

3 Chicken breasts-cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350, and cut up in chunks.

Heat up white sauce.

Add chicken to white sauce. Serve with rice.
