Ingredients
1 Can Campbell’s Condensed New cream of Chicken and Broccoli Soup
1 1/2 Cups Water
3/4 Cup uncooked long-grain rice
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 can Durkee French Fried Onions
4 Chicken Breast Halves (About 2 lbs.)
Paprika
Pepper
Preparation
In 3 qt-oblong baking dish, combine coup, water, rice, mushrooms and 1/2 can onions. Arrange chicken on rice mixture, sprinkle with paprika and pepper.
Bake at 375 degrees 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Top with remaining onions. Bake 3 min or until onions are golden brown.
