Ingredients
1 Medium Chopped Onion
Olive Oil
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Tablespoon Turmeric
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
6 Gloves
1 Teaspoon All Spice
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 - 2 chopped cube Potato
Frozen Pea’s and Carrots
Preparation
- Place the chopped onion in a pot along with olive oil.
- Cook the onions until soften and add the chicken breasts along with the spices (1 Tablespoon Turmeric, 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper, 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon, 6 Gloves, 1 Teaspoon All Spice).
- Add water to cover 1/2 the pot.
- When the chicken is cooked, add 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Let it cook for 2 mins
- Remove the chicken from the pot and start to break it apart with your hands, or fork and knife.
- In another pan, add olive oil along with the frozen vegetables
- Add the same spices as the chicken and the chicken
- Cook for 5 mins
- Remove the chicken and vegetables from the pan into a bowl.
- In the same pan, add olive oil and chopped cubed patato
- Add washed rice into the pot
- When the rice sucks the water, add the vegetable, chicken and potato.
- Add a little bit of water and let it cook until the water disappears.
