Ingredients

4 tbsp oil

4 potatoes

2 onions

2 cloves garlic

1 tbsp ginger

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp tumeric

1 tsp cumin

salt. pepper

2 tomatoes

2 tbsp yogurt

2 tbsp mint

1/2 tsp cardamom

cinnamon

3 lbs chicken pieces

2 1/2 tbsp oil

onions, saffron, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger,

rice, chicken broth

Fry potatoes, remove, fry onions with spices, add tomatoes, then rest of spices and simmer. Add chicken pieces and simmer 45 minutes.

Fry onion and mix in second set of spices with rice and then cook rice.

Mix in chicken mixture and serve
