This is the Middendorf’s Chicken Chili

Preparation

Directions Heat oil. Add onions and saute. Add garlic, chiles (optional), cumin, oregano and cayenne pepper. Saute 2 min. Add broth and undrained beans. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat and add chicken and cheese (option). Stir until cheese melts. To make thicker chili, add cornstarch to water.
