Ingredients

4 pkg. frozen broccoli spears or 2 bunches fresh

8-10 chicken breasts halves

2 tsp curry powder

1/4 to 1/2 lb extra sharp shredded cheese

2/3 cup pkg. pre-seasoned stuffing mix (optional

4 cans condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

2 tsp lemon juice

2 cups mayonaise

Preparation

Poach or bake chicken. Cool and slice into bite size pieces. Cook broccoli and drain Arrange broccoli in greased 17 x 12 x 3 inch pan. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Cover this with cheese, then stuffing mix. Dot with butter. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes to one hour at 350.
