Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1/4 cup sweet onion

8 oz. spinach

2 cloves of garlic chopped

2 slices bacon chopped

1 cup of chicken stock

1/2 cup cream cheese

1/2 cup cream

1/4 cup asiago

salt

pepper

essence

Preparation

saute chicken until it reaches 155 degrees internal temp, remove and cover with foil. deglaze pan chicken stock and onion, reduce to 1/2. Add cream cheese and cream, reduce by 1/2 Add asiago cheese and return chicken to the pan and remove from heat and cover. Saute the bacon add the spinach and the garlic sauté until wilted. Plate and serve.
