Ingredients

1 chicken fryer

chopped ginger

1/2 cup shoyu sauce

sugar

water

mushrooms

green onions

bamboo shoots (optional)

hot rice

Preparation

I cut up a fryer into pieces, add lots of chopped ginger, and fry this until chicken is cooked. Then I add maybe half cup of shoyu sauce, with little sugar and water and add to the chicken and ginger and let this simmer a while. When I see the chicken is fully cooked, I then add some mushrooms and green onions. You can add bamboo shoots if you have them. I just make this simple. Enjoy. Easy and fast. Serve over hot rice.
