Ingredients
4 c. chicken broth
2 chicken breast halves
1/3 c. alphabet pasts
1/3 c. chopped red onion
1/4 c. fresh lime juice (1-2 limes)
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1 small ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and slices
Preparation
In a sauce pan, brin broth to a boil; add chicken, reduce to simmer, cover & cook 20 minutes. Remove chick from broth. Cool slightly, thn pull meat off bones and shred. Reheat broth to boiling. add pasta; recut heat to low boil, covder and cook for 10 minutes Add onion, lime juice, chicken, cilantro and avocado. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
