Ingredients

2 boneless Chicken Breasts sliced thinly

3 Cups Italian Bread Crumbs

2 Eggs

1/2 grated Parmesan cheese

3 tbls Olive Oil

4 slices of provolone or mozzarella

4 oz uncooked Angel Hair Pasta or spaghetti

1 jar of tomato sauce

Preparation

Mix Parmesan with bread crumbs Beat egg Dip chicken slices in egg then in bread crumbs Heat skillet, add oil and pan fry chicken completely turning over to cook evenly When cooked, put cheese slices on each piece and broil until melted.

Cook pasta and heat sauce. Put the pasta on the bowl, add sauce and top with chicken.
