Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breast, cubed

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp cinnamon

salt and pepper to taste

juice of one lemon

1 small white onion, chopped small

3 Tbsp butter

2/3 c golden raisins

1/4 lb pitted, garlic stuffed green olives

2 Tbsp all purpose flour

1 c chicken broth

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed and unfolded

Preparation

preheat oven to 425. Mix chicken with spices, salt and pepper. Add lemon juice and stir.

Melt butter in large saute pan. Add onion, olives and raisins. Saute 4 minutes. Add chicken and spices, cook stirring, 1 minute. Add flour, stir one minute. Add broth. Bring to boil, stir, allow to thicken slightly. Put in 9" pie pan. Place puff dough over pan, crimp edges, and bake for 20 minutes.
