Ingredients

1 14 oz pkg pie crusts

1/3 c flour

1 14oz can chicken broth

1 1/2 c fat-free milk

1 c diced celery

3 c cubed cooked chicken

1 10 oz frozen mixed vegies, thawed

1 T dried onion flakes

1 T dried parsley

1 tsp poultry seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 egg, beaten

Preparation

  1. heat oven to 450. Coat bottom of two pie plates with cooking spray.
  2. combine flour and broth. bring to boil, add milk and celery. simmer 3 min. Stir in chicken, vegies, onion, parsley thru pepper.
  3. spoon into plates
  4. top with crust
  5. before baking, vent a brush with egg. Bake @450 for 15 min, reduce to 350 and bake add 25 to 30 min.
  6. cool slightly before serving
