Ingredients

1/2 c finely chopped onion

1/4 c butter

1/4 c flour

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/2 tsp. salt.

2 c chicken stock

2 c. cooked chicken

1/2 c cooked peas

1/2 c cooked carrots

1/2 c cooked pearl onions

Preparation

  1. Brown onion in butter, blend in flour, pepper, and salt.

  2. Gradually add chicken stock, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened.

  3. Add chicken, peas, carrots, and pearl onions. Cook for 10min.

  4. Pour into medium size casserole

  5. Top with pie crust or biscuits.

6a. Bake @ 425F for 15-20 min (pie crust)

6b. Bake @ 450F for 12-15 min (biscuits)
