Ingredients
1 can chicken breast
3/4 C Greek Yogurt
2 t Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 diced red onion
1 diced apple
1/2 C toasted Walnuts
1/2 C Raisins
1 stalk celery
3 T curry powder
Salt and Pepper, extra turmeric to taste
Spinach Tortillas
Arugula or Frisee
Preparation
Mix everything except last 2 ingredients together until blended well. Scoop into center of tortilla add arugula/frisee on top. Fold top and bottom in then roll up tortilla.
