Ingredients

750 grams pitted prunes

1kg roasting chicken

1 tsp sweet paprika

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp fresh oregano

2 tsp salt

May use chicken breasts

Preparation

Place prunes in bowl cover with boiling water let stand 1hour drain liquid but keep. Pat dry breasts sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Chop prunes and make pocket in breasts and stuff with prunes. Mix remaining prunes with oregano and juice and place in pan and roast at 350 for 40 mins baste frequently.
