Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks

2 tsp. curry

2 tbs. olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp. pepper 4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup plain greek style yogurt

1/4 cup tahini

1tbs. lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 loaves pita bread

1 cup shredded lettuce

8 slices tomato

Preparation

Make a marinade: combine curry, olive oil, 1tsp. each of salt and pepper,and 4 cloves of garlic, and toss with cut up chicken breast. Marinate up to 8 hours ( at least 3). Make sauce: Combine yogurt,tahini lemon juice,1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper and 4 cloves garlic. Set aside.

Thread the chicken on skewers and grill on gas grill High temp.) 4 minutes, then turn and grill other side for 4 minutes.

Arrange chicken on the loaves of pita, top with sauce and garnish with lettuce and tomato.
