abobo
Preparation
place chicken in ziplock bag make sure you leave enough room for chicken to move around freely
sprinkle garlic salt and adobo in bag
squish seasonings into the chicken moving in the bag
put in the fridge for one hour or more.
spray pan with cooking spray and cook at 350 for one hour turning chicken over half way
turn chicken over again to face skin upward and turn oven up to 500
cook for 5-10 minutes to achieve desired color and texture
